Prices

Please contact us for up-to-date pricing. It will be dependent on number of guests and the accommodation chosen

For mammal guests
  • Owners to provide dry food for their stay (to avoid tummy upsets)
  • We will provide hay, bedding, fresh fruit and veg.
  • All rabbits must be vaccinated.
  • For smaller animals i.e. hamsters, gerbils etc. we ask that you bring their own cage and we will care for them indoors.

​For chickens
  • Layers pellets, mixed corn and treats provided (but happy to use your feed and routine if preferred)
  • Bedding will be provided
  • Each run has its own dust bath

Fees
  • Fees are charged for the day of arrival and the day of departure, as houses need to be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between guests. 
  • We do not charge extra for Bank Holidays except for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day which will be charged at double the daily rate. 
  • The minimum stay is for 3 days
  • A non-refundable 25% is required at the time of booking. If the total cost of boarding is less than £20, payment will be requested in full at the point of booking.
  • Any remaining balance is to be paid when you drop your pets off
  • Should you no longer require the booking, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible so that we can advertise and attempt to fill the vacant accommodation. If you cancel within 24 hours of your expected date of arrival or fail to show up, then the full booking fee will be payable as we will be unable to re-let the accommodation at such short notice.
  • No refunds are given for early collection.
  • If pets are not collected on time for any reason, normal daily charges will be incurred.
